By Car:

From M55 Motorway, follow signs to Blackpool Promenade. With the sea on your left, traveling north along the promenade, head towards Blackpool Tower, enjoying the sites along the way. After you pass under the tower, continue along the promenade (passing the North Pier and Metropole Hotel) until you come to a roundabout. Keep left continuing along the prom and King Edward Avenue is the third road on the right. Turn into the road and cross the next junction to find us on your left.

By Train or Coach.

Find your nearest tram stop and catch the tram heading to Fleetwood. The closest stop to us is The Cliffs Hotel Tram Stop. King Edwards Avenue is the road to the right of the Cliffs hotel. Walk along and cross the next junction. You will find us on the right.

Alternatively, our local taxi companies will be only too pleased to bring you to our front door.
